Wide Angle Len for Canon 7D

Which one do I get?

Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM or Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 ?

I’m actually leaning on Tokina because of f/2.8 and heard a lot of good thing about it too. But Canon cover more, wider and and longer.  Then continue with Canon 24-105 f/1.4
